As a Bistro Food and Beverage Team Member, you will play a vital and multifaceted role in the daily operations of our dining environment. This position is part-time and offers an hourly wage of $16 plus tips and gratuities, reflecting the value we place on dedicated individuals who contribute to our success. Scheduled shifts are typically during the evening hours from 3 PM to 11 PM, with expectations to work some weekends and holidays to support the needs of our busy hospitality environment.
In this role, you will support kitchen operations, prepare and cook food to established standards, serve customers, and assist with bartending duties. Maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere is essential, as is working closely with front desk personnel and other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Job Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
- knowledge of food and beverage preparation, techniques and safety standards preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
