This hotel is part of the Marriott chain, known globally for its superior service standards and commitment to guest satisfaction. The hotel offers modern accommodations complete with flat-screen TVs, plush Marriott bedding, free WiFi, and ergonomic workspaces, creating a comfortable and productive environment for travelers and business guests alike. Its lobby is equipped with individual media pods and an interactive GoBoard providing up-to-date news, weather, and traffic information. The Courtyard Austin South is currently inviting applications for the role of Housekeeping Supervisor. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and operational excellence the hotel is known for. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind the scenes, leading a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through spotless and inviting rooms. This role requires a dynamic leader who is organized, motivated, and passionate about hospitality. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, including inspections, report generation, and productivity assessments, ensuring the team meets and exceeds quality standards consistently.

In your supervisory capacity, you will act as the cornerstone of communication and training for Room Attendants and House Attendants, motivating them to uphold the hotel’s high standards with energy and professionalism. The position also entails managing safety and security protocols, including handling lost-and-found items carefully, maintaining key control, and overseeing access to sensitive areas such as master keys, storage rooms, and secure files. Your role as the 'cleanliness champion' will be crucial, as you set the benchmark for sanitation across all facilities and equipment within the hotel.

The role offers scope for professional growth within the hospitality industry and provides a competitive compensation package. After an initial waiting period, employees are eligible for a comprehensive range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus short-term and long-term disability income protection. The company also provides term life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401k retirement plan. A notable perk includes the option for daily pay, enabling employees to access their earnings more flexibly.
