We are currently seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. This role is essential as the first point of contact for our guests and a key contributor to their overall experience. The Front Desk Agent is more than just a receptionist; they are the ultimate guest service guru responsible for creating warm welcomes, managing smooth check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring every guest interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. As a Front Desk Agent, you will handle reservations, guest requests, and unexpected situations with a calm and effective approach.
