As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Courtyard by Marriott Akron/Stow, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the hotel's operations in cleanliness and guest services consistently meet high standards. Your leadership will drive a dedicated team of Room Attendants and House Attendants, coordinating daily housekeeping tasks to create spotless and welcoming environments that leave a lasting impression on guests. This role requires hands-on management, including conducting inspections, reviewing reports, and performing productivity checks to ensure operational excellence. You will also oversee critical safety and security protocols by managing lost-and-found items, maintaining key control, and restricting access to sensitive areas such as master keys, storage rooms, and secure files. Your vigilance contributes not only to hygiene standards but also to the overall safety and security of guests and staff.

The position demands a hands-on supervisor with a positive and motivational leadership style who can inspire the housekeeping team through clear communication, effective training, and encouragement.
