Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- six months courier experience preferred
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- ability to maneuver packages above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment or assistance
- good human relations and verbal communication skills
- thorough knowledge of the station's service area preferred
- demonstrated skills in adaptability, dependability, and courier methods
- must be at least 21 years old
- ability to read and speak English
- neat appearance
- meet and maintain federal motor carrier safety regulations qualifications
- pass medical exam as per FMCSA or FAA regulations
- obtain and maintain valid driver's license with good driving record
- ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safety

Job Duties
- Operate company vehicles and provide courteous and efficient delivery and pick up of packages
- check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
- provide coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area
- provide related customer service functions
- perform other duties as assigned
