The company's culture centers around purpose and responsibility, fostering an environment where each employee's efforts contribute to meaningful real-world outcomes.

The position of Courier/Field Technician is based in the Deer Park, TX lab and offers a full-time role working Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime. Compensation for this role ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on the individual's experience, skills, and geographic location. As a Courier/Field Technician, your responsibilities will include the timely and safe pickup of samples from customers and the collection of water or soil samples as needed. Additionally, you will be tasked with delivering sampling supplies and supporting various other client service-related activities.

The role involves significant interaction with clients, requiring a courteous, respectful, and responsive approach to maintain the company’s standards for excellent client service. Maintaining the company vehicle in optimal condition both mechanically and in cleanliness is a critical aspect of the job, as it ensures safety and professionalism. Drivers must adhere to company policies around reporting driving-related incidents promptly to management. You may also be assigned additional tasks as necessary by your supervisors, reflecting the dynamic and supportive nature of the work environment.

This position demands physical exertion, including the ability to lift items weighing at least 50 pounds and work effectively in varied environmental conditions, sometimes requiring shifts lasting up to 12 hours. While prior laboratory experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. TWIC certification for client site access is preferred, enhancing your ability to operate smoothly in different work settings.
