Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of related work experience preferred
- Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Comfortable using MS Office computer-based systems and MFD office equipment
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge including tire changes fuel battery lights and general upkeep

Job Duties
- Deliver mail and parcels across campus while ensuring timely accurate service
- Provide 5-star customer service and build strong professional relationships
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and complete paperwork precisely
- Operate and maintain company vehicles safely adhering to state laws and company safety standards
- Support daily operations by responding to client requests and assisting teams
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance including tire changes, fuel checks, battery, lights and general upkeep
- Use MS Office, computer-based systems, and office equipment proficiently
