Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of related work experience preferred
  • Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Comfortable using MS Office computer-based systems and MFD office equipment
  • Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge including tire changes fuel battery lights and general upkeep

Job Duties

  • Deliver mail and parcels across campus while ensuring timely accurate service
  • Provide 5-star customer service and build strong professional relationships
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and complete paperwork precisely
  • Operate and maintain company vehicles safely adhering to state laws and company safety standards
  • Support daily operations by responding to client requests and assisting teams
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance including tire changes, fuel checks, battery, lights and general upkeep
  • Use MS Office, computer-based systems, and office equipment proficiently
