Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of related work experience preferred
Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong communication customer service and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Comfortable using MS Office computer-based systems and MFD office equipment
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge including tire changes fuel battery lights and general upkeep

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Deliver mail and parcels across campus while ensuring timely accurate service
Provide 5-star customer service and build strong professional relationships
Maintain accurate delivery logs and complete paperwork precisely
Operate and maintain company vehicles safely adhering to state laws and company safety standards
Support daily operations by responding to client requests and assisting teams
Perform basic vehicle maintenance including tire changes, fuel checks, battery, lights and general upkeep
Use MS Office, computer-based systems, and office equipment proficiently
