Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license for assigned vehicle
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to maneuver packages over 50 lbs with assistance or equipment
- Meet Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations section 391 requirements
- Undergo medical examination per FMCSA or FAA
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to read and speak English
- Maintain neat appearance
- Ability to work in safe and alert manner
Job Qualifications
- Hold a high school diploma or GED
- Be licensed for the type of vehicle assigned
- Demonstrate good human relations and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver packages over 50 lbs
- Meet qualifications outlined in section 391 of FMCSA
- Be at least 21 years old
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently
Job Duties
- Provide courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages
- Check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
- Provide related customer service functions
- Perform vehicle safety inspections
- Maneuver packages with appropriate equipment or assistance
- Maintain neat appearance and professionalism
- Comply with FMCSA safety regulations
