Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be licensed for the type of vehicle assigned
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to use appropriate equipment and/or assistance for packages above 50 lbs
- Good human relations and verbal communication skills
- Meet qualifications outlined in section 391 of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- Medical exam clearance as per FMCSA or FAA regulations
- Ability to work safely and in a constant state of alertness
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for traffic and safety compliance
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages
- Check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service and provide related customer service functions
- Operate company vehicles safely in compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain neat appearance and professional conduct during customer interactions
- Use appropriate equipment or assistance for heavy packages
- Communicate effectively with traffic officials and customers
