Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license for type of vehicle assigned
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to maneuver packages above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment or assistance
- Good communication skills
- Neat appearance
- Must meet FMCSA section 391 qualifications
- Medical exam required as per FMCSA regulations
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to work safely and in alert state
- Non-covered safety-sensitive position
- Available to work Monday through Saturday
- Must have held valid driver’s license for past three years preferred
Job Qualifications

- Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver heavier packages with assistance
- Good human relations and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for traffic and safety communication
- Meets FMCSA qualifications including medical exam
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license for previous three-year period preferred
Job Duties
- Provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages
- Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
- Provides related customer service functions
- Operates company vehicles safely according to FMCSA regulations
- Maintains neat appearance for customer contact
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Ensures compliance with safety and medical examination requirements
