- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate a company motor vehicle
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn required systems
- Professional appearance and adherence to company policies
Job Qualifications

- 2+ years of related work experience preferred
- Working knowledge of MFD equipment preferred
- Experience with shipping and receiving procedures preferred
- Familiarity with validating packing slips and handling materials accurately preferred
Job Duties
- Travel a predefined courier route via company vehicle to deliver mail and parcels
- Perform scheduled pick-ups and deliveries by accurately following maps and written instructions
- Maintain detailed logs and time stamps for all items received and delivered
- Support chain-of-custody requirements in accordance with operating procedures
- Respond to client requests accurately and ensure timely order fulfillment
- Complete all required paperwork in a timely, accurate, and legible manner
- Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with state and company standards
