The available role of Courier at Pace offers a unique opportunity to be a vital part of the company’s laboratory operations. This full-time position operates from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and is compensated at $18.00 per hour, with final compensation influenced by multiple factors including location, experience, and skills. As a Courier, you play an essential role in the safe and timely collection, transport, and delivery of environmental samples and materials. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain all required licenses and certifications
  • Knowledge of safe driving, customer service, and sample transport principles
  • Ability to learn and follow organizational policies, procedures, and transportation protocols
  • Comfort using basic computer applications and maintaining documentation accurately
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good judgment, professionalism, and discretion

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials as needed
  • Review, complete, and process documents, databases, and related information for sample pick-up, transport, and delivery
  • Prepare assigned vehicle for daily operations, including documentation, safety checks, and basic maintenance needs
  • Provide support and assistance to staff and management related to sample transport procedures
  • Assist in researching issues and recommend solutions to improve processes and resolve customer, staff, or management concerns
  • Help ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, seeking guidance or escalating issues as needed
  • Contribute to team efficiency by offering suggestions and actively participating in team efforts
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment aligned with company values
