- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record for the past three years
- Confidence operating a vehicle in all weather and traffic conditions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints without close supervision
- Physical capability of light to medium lifting up to 50lbs

- Ability to operate a vehicle confidently in all weather and traffic conditions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time-constrained environment
- Physical ability to perform light to medium lifting up to 50lbs
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Experience operating commercial or business vehicles is advantageous
Job Duties
- Perform a vital part of the patient care process by making sure that reports, records, supplies, and medical specimens are successfully transported between the laboratory and healthcare provider locations
- Ensure proper specimen handling, transport, and safe operation of a motor vehicle in all weather conditions
- Interact with a variety of clients and commit to customer-focused service
- Champion safety, compliance, and quality control
- Abide by privacy, confidentiality, and security standards related to Protected Health Information (PHI)
- Navigate routes efficiently and manage delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate records of transport activities
