Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience for baristas working with manual espresso equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts

- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of cafe products and menu
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ideally, barista experience of at least 1 year with manual espresso equipment in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provides gracious and high-quality service to guests, welcoming guests and engaging throughout their experience
- Determines guests' needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- Has comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
- Takes guests' orders using point-of-sale system/register
- Executes all product and packaging standards
- Delivers coffee beverages and food to guests
- Maintains clean and well-stocked cafe stations
- Supports cafe cleanliness and visual/brand standards
- Complies with safety and sanitation standards
- Operates barista station equipment
- Prepares and serves beverages according to recipes and specifications
- Answers guests' questions about offerings
- Keeps bar and equipment clean and sanitary
- Delivers artistic espresso beverages
- Other duties as assigned
