Baristas, on the other hand, bring coffee artistry to the forefront by handcrafting visually stunning and delicious coffee beverages. They are not only skilled in operating espresso machines but also passionate about educating and engaging guests about the diverse coffee offerings. The FOH team members are expected to embody Tatte’s core values, demonstrating engaging, warm, and welcoming communication skills to establish an inviting atmosphere. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, as team members often work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and afternoon and evening hours. Baristas ideally bring at least one year of experience with manual espresso equipment in a fast-paced setting, ensuring efficiency and quality in every beverage served. Beyond the vibrant environment and rewarding guest interactions, Tatte offers competitive pay ranging from $12.50 to $14.00 per hour plus tips for counter team members, and $14.75 to $16.50 per hour plus tips for baristas, with total earnings typically between $22 and $26 per hour including tips.
