Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of experience as a barista for barista role
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Physical ability to lift, move, and carry over 50 pounds
Ability to stand for 8 or more hours a day
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings
