Job Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years old
  • Willing to obtain a Food Handler Card
  • Willing to obtain an Alcohol Server Permit
  • Ability to stand continuously for 8 hours
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and move quickly
  • Finger dexterity to operate kitchen machinery and knives
  • Ability to work in varied temperature conditions
  • Ability to work under stress
  • Scheduling flexibility
  • Enjoys interacting with customers
  • Passionate about food

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Passionate about food
  • High-energy and proactive
  • Ability to work well in a diverse team
  • Attention to detail
  • Minimum 21 years old required due to alcohol service
  • Possesses or willing to obtain a current Food Handler Card and Alcohol Server Permit
  • Ability to stand continuously throughout an 8-hour shift
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and move quickly
  • Finger/hand dexterity to operate kitchen machinery and knives
  • Ability to withstand changes in temperature, occasional smoke, steam and heat
  • Ability to work under stress
  • Scheduling flexibility
  • Ability to speak or understand Spanish a plus

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate and uphold company core values at all times
  • Learn and master the art of making fresh pasta
  • Familiarize yourself with the menu and guide customers through their Due' experience
  • Communicate effectively with delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate menu inventory across all delivery platforms
  • Ensure compliance with Covid-19 precautionary measures in the dining area
  • Collaborate with BOH team members or managers to address customer concerns or dissatisfaction with any dish
  • Maintain cleanliness in all dining areas and the pasta lab after pasta preparation is completed
  • Greet every customer warmly to ensure they feel welcome
  • Perform other duties as necessary or assigned
