Due' Cucina Italiana is a vibrant and authentic Italian restaurant located in Kirkland, WA, specifically at 12670 120th Ave NE, suite 170. The restaurant is currently seeking a Counter Server for their Kirkland location, ideally available from Thursday through Sunday. Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years old
- Willing to obtain a Food Handler Card
- Willing to obtain an Alcohol Server Permit
- Ability to stand continuously for 8 hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop and move quickly
- Finger dexterity to operate kitchen machinery and knives
- Ability to work in varied temperature conditions
- Ability to work under stress
- Scheduling flexibility
- Enjoys interacting with customers

- Finger/hand dexterity to operate kitchen machinery and knives
- Ability to withstand changes in temperature, occasional smoke, steam and heat
- Ability to work under stress
- Scheduling flexibility
- Ability to speak or understand Spanish a plus
Job Duties
- Demonstrate and uphold company core values at all times
- Learn and master the art of making fresh pasta
- Familiarize yourself with the menu and guide customers through their Due' experience
- Communicate effectively with delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate menu inventory across all delivery platforms
- Ensure compliance with Covid-19 precautionary measures in the dining area
- Collaborate with BOH team members or managers to address customer concerns or dissatisfaction with any dish
- Maintain cleanliness in all dining areas and the pasta lab after pasta preparation is completed
- Greet every customer warmly to ensure they feel welcome
- Perform other duties as necessary or assigned
