Job Requirements
- Must have a passion for serving customers with a smile
- Ability to work part-time shifts including day and afternoon
- Availability to work flexible hours between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to undergo training for food preparation and cashier duties
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days and afternoons
Job Duties
- Serve customers promptly and courteously at the counter
- Take customer orders accurately in person and over the phone
- Prepare food items at various stations along the service line
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Handle cash register operations for order processing
- Assist team members as needed during busy shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude
