The Counter Sales Representative role at Airgas in Anaheim, CA offers a competitive hourly wage of $19 to $24 with additional bonus opportunities, working Monday through Friday with no weekend shifts. This position balances high-energy customer interaction with essential operational support duties in a fast-paced industrial retail environment. The employee will provide industrial, medical, and specialty gases, welding equipment, and other supplies while advising customers on the best tools, hardware, and materials for their projects. This role is instrumental in helping customers pioneer new solutions by demonstrating equipment use and sharing product insights.

The responsibilities include adhering to safety policies and personal protective equipment usage to maintain a secure environment, delivering excellent customer service, and accurately processing orders and transactions. The representative will also partner with customers to identify the best procedures for their tasks, manage order entry, and coordinate product transfers between locations to fulfill customer needs. Additionally, the employee plays a crucial role in maintaining showroom displays, organizing inventory, and supporting an outgoing call strategy to help grow the branch.
