Job Requirements

- minimum of 2 years experience in product or sales environments
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work in fast-paced setting

- availability for occasional overtime

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years of experience in product, warehouse, or sales environments
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
- experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus
- attention to detail in handling transactions
- availability for occasional overtime
- ability to operate in a drug-free workplace
- background in gas, welding, or safety supplies is an asset
- familiarity with SAP, Google, or MS Office applications
- detailed understanding of SAP and PROS functionalities
- effective communication skills with diverse populations
Job Duties
- Responsible for adherence to company policies including safety and use of personal protective equipment
- provides excellent customer service to internal and external partners fostering understanding and long-term relationships
- ensures all required paperwork is accurately completed including coding, costing, and pricing
- partners with customers to identify best tools and procedures for their tasks and demonstrates equipment use
- manages order entry and processes transactions assists with reconciliation of deposits
- coordinates via phone, e-mail, and in person with customers and team members to provide information on costs and delivery
- contributes to outgoing call strategy supporting branch growth
- coordinates the transfer of merchandise between locations to meet customer needs
- maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating supportively
- stocks shelves and maintains showroom displays
- coordinates cylinder movement and pallet organization
