This particular opportunity is for a Counter Sales Associate position at the Bosch branch located in Tigard, Oregon. This role provides an exciting chance to be the frontline representative for customers, offering exceptional service and support in selling HVAC products and related parts. The Counter Sales Associate manages customer interactions daily, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy. The role involves processing orders, handling returns, maintaining product and policy knowledge, and collaborating across departments to resolve complex customer issues and enhance satisfaction. Beyond customer service, the position requires supporting warehouse operations, including loading and unloading deliveries, picking materials for upcoming orders, restocking parts and products, inventory management, and operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. This multifaceted role blends sales, customer service, and logistics, contributing directly to the branch’s success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and patience. Familiarity with HVAC equipment is preferred, along with proficiency in several computer systems including CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Workday, and others. Multilingual skills, especially in Spanish or Russian, would be beneficial but are not required. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- familiarity with HVAC products preferred
- ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- proficiency in CRM and related software
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle fast-paced environment
- pass drug screen and background check
Job Qualifications

- associate degree in related field preferred
- knowledge of HVAC equipment and parts preferred
- previous customer service experience preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong active listening and problem-solving skills
- proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, Workday, CSD, Navigator, Kronos, AHRI certification directory

Job Duties
