The role of Counter Sales Associate at Bosch, located in Tigard, Oregon, is a critical front-line position that ensures an excellent customer experience. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- associate degree preferred
- knowledge of HVAC equipment and parts preferred
- previous customer service experience preferred
- proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- ability to multi-task
- ability to lift and carry 40 lbs
- forklift operation experience helpful
- strong communication skills
- ability to remain professional in challenging situations
- positive attitude
- willingness to assist with warehouse duties 20-30% of the time
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- knowledge of HVAC equipment and parts preferred

Job Duties
- Sell HVAC products to customers
- process customer orders and returns
- respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- follow up on existing orders and parts lookup
- assist with warehouse duties such as loading/unloading deliveries, picking materials, receiving and restocking products
- operate forklifts and other equipment safely
- manage inventory and maintain accurate records
