The company is currently seeking a motivated, bilingual (Spanish and English) individual to join its team in the Vidor, TX location. This full-time position focuses heavily on customer service within the warehouse environment while also assisting with counter sales. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting customer interactions by providing parts and supplies, preparing quotes, managing special orders, and accurately processing payment and sales transactions. Beyond the sales interaction, this role also involves answering incoming calls professionally, assisting with inventory management, and physically loading customer orders and delivery trucks. This position requires someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task effectively, and a proactive approach to contributing towards both individual and team goals.

This role is designed for a dynamic individual who is eager to engage with customers, support sales activities, and assist with various warehouse operations. The duties include interacting with customers to resolve product inquiries, pulling and loading customer orders, and safely handling product loading and unloading using equipment such as lift trucks and pallet jacks. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying inbound receiving lists, picking and packing inventory, reporting shortages, and performing cycle counts as directed. Supporting the store managers and sales team is another important aspect of the job, which requires flexibility and dedication. Candidates must be committed to maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Ideal candidates will be bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English, with basic computer skills and prior sales experience preferred. Job Duties

  • Maintain good customer service skills while interfacing with customers on customer pickups provides customers with quotes, pulling customer orders and assisting customers with product inquiries
  • Pull orders for customer pick up and assist customers loading product as required
  • Loading and unloading of products in a safe and efficient manner using necessary tools, equipment, and skills, lift trucks, pallet jacks, etc., and may involve lifting and moving of heavy loads
  • Verify the accuracy of inbound receiving lists and receive product into inventory using the appropriate tools and systems, computer systems
  • Engage in warehousing duties such as picking/packing and/or storing of inventory, housekeeping duties, and product movement
  • Order fulfillment with pick accuracy and reporting inventory shortages to management
  • Assist in ordering product from store level vendors
