We are currently seeking a motivated, bilingual (Spanish and English) customer service focused individual to join our team at our warehouse and counter sales location in Vidor, TX. This role entails a dynamic blend of customer interaction, sales assistance, inventory management, and warehouse support. The successful candidate will assist customers with parts and supplies, provide accurate quotes, take special orders, and handle payment and sales transactions efficiently. Additionally, they will provide telephone support by answering incoming calls and play a vital role in the logistics by loading customer orders into vehicles, assisting with loading delivery trucks, and managing the unloading and stocking of inventory. This position requires a proactive, customer-first attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team.
The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, prior sales experience is preferred, and exhibit a high level of professionalism both in person and over communications such as phone and email. Working in a fast-paced environment, this individual must be adept at multitasking and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Key responsibilities also include verifying accuracy of inbound inventory, managing product transfers, assisting with ordering from vendors, cycle counting, and supporting store managers and sales team as needed. Operating warehouse equipment safely, including lift trucks and pallet jacks, is an important aspect of daily duties. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish and English

Job Duties
- Maintain good customer service skills while interfacing with customers on customer pickups provides customers with quotes, pulling customer orders and assisting customers with product inquiries
- Pull orders for customer pick up and assist customers loading product as required
- Loading and unloading of products in a safe and efficient manner using necessary tools, equipment, and skills, lift trucks, pallet jacks, etc., and may involve lifting and moving of heavy loads
- Verify the accuracy of inbound receiving lists and receive product into inventory using the appropriate tools and systems, computer systems
- Engage in warehousing duties such as picking/packing and/or storing of inventory, housekeeping duties, and product movement
- Order fulfillment with pick accuracy and reporting inventory shortages to management
- Key in transfers and receives transfers and orders
- Assist in ordering product from store level vendors
- Assist in cycle count/inventory management responsibilities as assigned by the manager
- Assist the store managers as directed
- Assist the Sales team as directed by store manager
- Maintaining clean, safe work areas at all times
- All other duties as assigned
- May be required to drive company vehicle to pick up product from vendors
