- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Welcome executive guests and provide support throughout their stay addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
- Set up for service including stocking serviceware arranging furniture preparing coffee and/or bar stations and displaying food and beverages
- Ensure food and beverage stations are fully stocked clean and organized throughout service
- Collect used serviceware monitor and inspect inventory quality and restock the kitchen
- Maintain compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations
- Deliver memorable guest experiences by spreading hospitality warmth and light
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence
