Job Requirements

Open and flexible availability including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
Consistent availability to work weekends, special projects, drops, or releases as needed
Valid ServSafe or Food Handlers certificate or equivalent
1-2 years experience in food or beverage position
1 or more years in a customer-facing position preferred
1 or more years of cash handling experience preferred
Ability to perform business math
Ability to lift and move 30 pounds
Ability to perform standard retail tasks including bending, twisting, climbing ladders or step stools
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
Efficient communication

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1-2 years in a food or beverage position
1 or more years in a customer-facing role preferred
1 or more years of cash handling preferred
Valid ServSafe or Food Handlers certificate or equivalent required
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively
Detail oriented
Ability to perform business math

Job Duties

Providing an exceptional experience for each Treats customer capped off with a visually captivating and delicious dessert
Practicing and mastering plating and presentation techniques used on each creation
Cleaning and maintaining industrial kitchen equipment
Managing inventory levels during downtime to ensure preparedness
Applying the iconic swirl to Kith's desserts
Proactively communicating inventory needs with management
Participating in and assisting with physical inventories and merchandising visual initiatives as required
