The Kith Treats Counter Associate position at the Dallas store is a part-time employment opportunity offering $17.00 per hour plus commissions (for permanent positions) and is tip eligible. This role is primarily focused on providing an exceptional customer experience to visitors of the Kith Treats store by delivering beautifully crafted and delicious dessert treats. The associate plays the critical role of being the friendly, welcoming face of Kith Treats, engaging warmly with customers whether they are new or returning. With a passion for desserts and a dedication to excellence, the associate is responsible for mastering the plating and presentation techniques that make the Kith Treats experience unique and memorable. They ensure the shop is running smoothly by efficiently managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness of industrial kitchen equipment, and adhering strictly to safety protocols outlined by the company including food safety standards. The position demands flexibility with open availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and the capacity to participate in special projects.
