Kith Treats, a sub-brand born from Ronnie Fieg’s own childhood love for cereal, is a specialty dessert shop delivering innovative and visually captivating treats. The position open is for a Treats Counter Associate at the Malibu store, a full-time role paying between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour plus commission and tip eligibility. This role is pivotal in representing the Kith Treats customer experience, acting as the welcoming face and ensuring every customer encounter is extraordinary.

As a Treats Counter Associate, the individual will be the primary point of contact for customers, combining genuine friendliness with a passion for desserts. The associate is responsible for delivering a best-in-class experience through not only customer service but also mastering the art of plating and presenting Kith’s signature dessert creations. Responsibilities include maintaining industrial kitchen equipment cleanliness, managing inventory proactively, and applying the iconic “Swirl” that defines Kith Treats desserts. The associate will also stay informed about company activities and brand partnerships, strictly adhere to all food safety policies and scheduling requirements, and participate in housekeeping tasks within the shop to maintain a high standard of operational excellence.

The role demands open and flexible availability, including evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays, and participation in special projects such as physical inventories and merchandising initiatives. Candidates should possess a valid ServSafe or Food Handler’s certificate, have 1-2 years of food and beverage experience, preferably with customer-facing and cash handling exposure. Strong ability to multitask, communicate efficiently, and handle physical demands such as lifting and standing for prolonged periods is essential.
