The role of Treats Counter Associate at Kith Treats in the Dallas store is a part-time position that offers $17.00 per hour plus commission and tips (commission applicable only to permanent positions). This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional customer experience and acts as the welcoming face of Kith Treats to both new and returning customers. As a Treats Counter Associate, you will be responsible for creating beautifully assembled desserts that delight customers visually and taste-wise. The position requires a passion for desserts and dedication to ensuring each customer leaves satisfied with a best-in-class experience.

Responsibilities include mastering the plating and presentation of Kith Treats’ dessert offerings, maintaining a clean work environment including the care of industrial kitchen equipment, managing inventory to ensure the shop is always well-stocked and ready for demand, and consistently applying the signature "Swirl" presentation unique to Kith’s treats. Additionally, you will proactively communicate inventory needs to management and stay informed on all company activations and brand partnerships. The role strictly follows all company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations to maintain a safe and compliant environment. Part of the position also involves assisting the management team with general housekeeping tasks like dusting, sweeping, and trash collection to contribute to the overall cleanliness and operation of the store.

Further, you will be involved in special projects such as participating in physical inventories and assisting with visual merchandising initiatives, which adds variety and opportunities for involvement beyond day-to-day duties. The position requires flexible availability, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, and demands reliability in meeting the scheduling needs of the business.
