About the Role: The Kith - Treats Counter Associate position is a part-time role located in the Hawaii store, offering a competitive hourly wage of $18.00 to $19.00 plus commissions for permanent employees and tips eligibility. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about desserts and exceptional customer service. As the face of the Kith Treats shop, the Treats Counter Associate plays a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for both new and returning customers by delivering beautifully assembled treats and fostering a welcoming environment.

The role requires dedication to mastering plating and presentation techniques, ensuring that each dessert is visually captivating and delicious. Associates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the industrial kitchen, managing inventory proactively, and applying the iconic "Swirl" unique to Kith's offerings. Effective communication with management and adherence to company policies, including food safety standards, are essential.

Additionally, the position demands flexibility in availability to accommodate evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays, and special projects. Assistive duties include housekeeping tasks typical of food and beverage operations, supporting shop management, and participating in physical inventory and merchandising initiatives. Job Requirements

open and flexible availability including but not limited to evenings overnights and weekends as well as holidays

valid ServSafe or Food Handler's certificate or equivalent
1-2 years in a food or beverage position
1 plus years in a customer facing position is preferred

Job Duties

Continuously providing an exceptional experience for each of our Treats customers capped off with a visually captivating and equally delicious dessert
practicing and mastering the plating and presentation techniques used on each one of our creations
clean and maintain industrial kitchen equipment
using time between customers to manage inventory levels to ensure we are always prepared
applying our iconic swirl to our highly sought-after desserts
proactively communicating inventory needs with management
remaining updated on all company activations as well as any brand partnerships
adhere to all company processes policies and procedures
follow all Food and Safety processes policies and procedures
adhere to availability and scheduling needs of the business
assist Shops Management team with housekeeping responsibilities which include but not limited to dusting sweeping collecting trash and other tasks traditionally associated with standard food and beverage operations
participate and assist in physical inventories as required by the business
assist Merchandising team during visual initiatives as required by the business
