The role available is for a Treats Counter Associate based at the Chicago store, a seasonal position with compensation ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour plus commission (for permanent employees) and tip eligibility. The Treats Counter Associate serves as the vital first point of contact for customers at Kith Treats, ensuring memorable and exceptional service experiences. This role demands a personable, friendly, and customer-focused individual passionate about desserts and committed to delivering best-in-class presentations of the brand’s unique offerings. Responsibilities include mastering plating and presentation techniques, maintaining cleanliness and inventory, and applying the brand’s signature "swirl" on desserts. The Associate supports the operational flow, adheres to company policies, and contributes positively to customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
