The Counselor Supervisor role at MedMark Treatment Centers is a full-time position tasked with supervising the Counselors and Counselor Interns who are responsible for delivering treatment and casework services to patients. This supervisory position requires ensuring that all clinical activities are performed in compliance with pertinent laws, regulations, and company policies. The Counselor Supervisor is integral to the quality assurance process, involved in overseeing timely and accurate documentation based on established plans of care. This role entails identifying the broader needs of patients, including physical, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects, and managing associated expenditures responsibly within the company’s budget constraints.

The supervisor will also assign and adjust counselors’ caseloads and oversee intake operations, ensuring assessments and pre-admission decisions meet quality and regulatory standards. This position demands providing direct clinical supervision and ongoing staff development through meetings, trainings, and educational initiatives. Maintaining current and accurate clinical records in line with Federal and State regulations for Narcotic Treatment Program (NTP) clinics is another vital responsibility.
