We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Restaurant Server to join our food and beverage team. This role plays a critical part in delivering outstanding customer service by taking accurate food and beverage orders from guests, retrieving and serving orders efficiently according to resort standards. The Restaurant Server will confidently handle alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service, collect payments, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and equipment. Working under the guidance of the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or F&B Manager, this position demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in varying work conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings with variable temperature and noise levels. The candidate must be prepared to work cohesively with internal teams across multiple departments such as IRD, Banquets, Costa Grill, Kitchen/Stewarding, Housekeeping, and Front Desk, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor with guests. This full-time position requires a minimum age of 18 to serve alcoholic beverages, and prior experience as a restaurant server is preferred. Job Requirements

  • Food handling certification
  • Fluency in English verbal and non-verbal

  • Ability to be well organized and maintain concentration under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Certification in an alcohol awareness program preferred
  • Certification in CPR preferred
  • Ability to access property management system/computer/point of sales system preferred
  • Prior guest relations training preferred

Job Duties

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Retrieve and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guest tables
  • Collect payments from guests
  • Assist in maintaining restaurant area and equipment cleanliness
  • Provide outstanding guest service courteously and efficiently
  • Use the point of sale (POS) system to process orders and payments
  • Suggestively sell menu items, beverages, and wines
