We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Restaurant Server to join our food and beverage team. This role plays a critical part in delivering outstanding customer service by taking accurate food and beverage orders from guests, retrieving and serving orders efficiently according to resort standards. The Restaurant Server will confidently handle alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service, collect payments, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and equipment. Working under the guidance of the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or F&B Manager, this position demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in varying work conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings with variable temperature and noise levels. The candidate must be prepared to work cohesively with internal teams across multiple departments such as IRD, Banquets, Costa Grill, Kitchen/Stewarding, Housekeeping, and Front Desk, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor with guests. This full-time position requires a minimum age of 18 to serve alcoholic beverages, and prior experience as a restaurant server is preferred. Job Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
Minimum 2 years experience as a restaurant server
Food handling certification
Fluency in English verbal and non-verbal
Ability to provide legible communication and directions
Ability to compute basic arithmetic
Ability to understand and focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous
Ability to be well organized and maintain concentration under pressure
Ability to focus attention on details
Ability to suggestively sell restaurant menu items, beverages, and wines
Ability to access and input information into POS system
Ability to maintain good coordination while serving orders quickly
Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
Ability to remain calm and solve problems using good judgment
Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information

Job Qualifications

Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal
Ability to provide legible communication and directions
Compute basic arithmetic
Food handling certification
Knowledge of variable food service styles
Minimum 2 years experience as a restaurant server
Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
Ability to understand and focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous

Certification in CPR preferred
Ability to access property management system/computer/point of sales system preferred
Prior guest relations training preferred
