This role focuses on supporting our Food and Beverage team by assisting servers to provide efficient and high-quality service to guests. As an integral part of the service team, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in service areas, restocking all necessary wares and equipment, and ensuring that every guest’s experience is smooth and enjoyable. Reporting to the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, Area Food and Beverage Manager, or Food and Beverage Manager, you will work closely with a variety of internal departments including in-room dining, Costa Grill, bar, kitchen/ stewarding, housekeeping, and engineering. Externally, you will interact with resort guests and visitors, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with our commitment to outstanding service.
This position requires someone who is attentive to detail, able to work efficiently under supervision with minimal oversight, and capable of effective communication in English both verbally and non-verbally. The ability to handle basic arithmetic, follow directions thoroughly, and work cohesively with team members is essential. Given the nature of our operation and service standards, a minimum age of 18 is required to serve alcoholic beverages, and possessing food handling certification is mandatory. Desirable qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in a similar role, and certifications related to alcohol awareness, sanitation, CPR, and guest relations. Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish, is also highly valued.

Job Duties
