Joining Nestlc3a9 means joining a globally respected company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. The company emphasizes the importance of veterans, individuals with disabilities, and other underrepresented groups as part of its commitment to creating an inclusive workforce where all employees feel they belong and can thrive. Nestlc3a9 USA ensures equal employment opportunities for all applicants regardless of race, color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or veteran status among others.
The role of Cost Accounting Analyst at Nestle USA is pivotal in driving financial insight and operational efficiency within the factory environment. This full-time position requires an individual who is detail-oriented and analytical, with a keen sense of identifying cost-saving opportunities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The analyst will partner cross-functionally with various teams to ensure transparency in financial reporting, accurate cost models for products, and compliance with financial standards. This role is essential in helping the company maintain operational excellence, budget adherence, and financial accountability.
As a Cost Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for compiling accurate and timely financial reports, performing variance analysis, and supporting the dynamic forecasting process. Working closely with factory leadership, you will contribute to annual budgeting, business planning, and scenario modeling activities. Your role will involve maintaining bills of materials (BOMs) for precise product costing and conducting data quality reviews and inventory variance analyses to uncover areas for improvement. You will also collaborate on implementing best practices and financial controls to uphold compliance standards.
This role offers a unique opportunity to have a direct, measurable impact on the company’s operational performance and financial decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in cost accounting or finance within manufacturing environments, and the ability to communicate complex financial data effectively to diverse audiences. Nestle values professionals who are adaptable, proactive, and eager to foster stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement.
