The role of Corrections Oversight Worker at Aramark focuses on supervising inmates involved in food preparation activities within correctional facilities. This position plays a vital part in ensuring that all meals and food items are prepared safely, efficiently, and in strict adherence to production plans and Aramark's high-quality standards. The Corrections Oversight Worker trains and directs inmate workers on proper food handling methods, cooking procedures, and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.
