Job Requirements

  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Previous receptionist experience
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a group setting
  • Flexibility with working hours between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM, will vary during the week
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds

Job Duties

  • Answer multi-line computerized phone system
  • Greet guests and direct them courteously
  • Provide administrative support to back office when needed
  • Pull and deliver supply orders per employee requests
  • Complete paper inventory and deliver to production and copy rooms daily
  • Inventory production and copy rooms for neatness, supplies, and stationery restocking on all floors
  • Maintain inventory of presentation tabs for proposal binding books in production rooms on all floors
  • Assist various departments with special projects such as binding books, stuffing envelopes, and mailing projects
  • Assist with opening incoming mail, UPS and FedEx
  • Deliver mail and packages
  • Prepare outgoing FedEx packages to other offices
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds
