Job Duties
- serve as a first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees ensuring a friendly professional and responsive guest experience
- provide receptionist coverage at both the Downtown Corporate Office and the Production A location as scheduled
- answer and route inquiries greet visitors and ensure appropriate access and coordination within the office
- support the Building & Corporate Services team with day-to-day office operations across assigned locations
- monitor and maintain office breakroom and common-area supplies including processing inventory and rotating snack and drink stock place orders as needed
- assist with incoming and outgoing mail packages and deliveries including FedEx and hand deliveries
- coordinate food deliveries and other office services as requested
- support overall office efficiency by helping maintain clean organized and professional shared spaces
- facilitate special snack and drink distributions to promote employee engagement
- respond to internal requests and questions related to office operations and facilities
- assist with cost comparisons invoices and miscellaneous building and corporate services reports
- help organize procedures documentation and internal processes to improve efficiency
- perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs
