Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Minimum one year experience in dispatch or customer service representative position
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms
- Basic mathematical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry weights between 10 to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- One year work experience in dispatch or customer service representative role
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports and work instructions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
Job Duties
- Represent the company professionally and courteously
- Greet guests and assist them to appropriate locations or contacts
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Create, modify, and erase customer and employee accounts
- Process equipment move orders
- Maintain equipment move order records
- Maintain data integrity for all records, including customer records
- Assist Human Resources by posting and removing job postings and bids
- Cross train for the Service Coordinator position and provide backup support
- Keep the front office area clean and organized
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
