The role of Corporate Partnerships & Marketing Manager at MGM Resorts in Springfield offers a unique opportunity for a motivated sales and marketing professional to contribute significantly to the venue’s revenue streams and brand presence. This full-time position focuses on building and managing corporate sponsorships, advertising partnerships, and premium seating sales across the MassMutual Center Arena, Convention Center, and The Landing. The salary range for this role is competitive, estimated between $56,300 and $75,000, with additional incentives available through the company’s performance-based plans. Day to day, the Corporate Partnerships & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving sales through targeted partnerships and customized sponsorship packages that enhance the guest experience while maximizing revenue. The role involves developing relationships with local, regional, and national businesses as well as premium seating clients, managing advertising sales from prospecting through fulfillment, and collaborating with various departments to integrate marketing initiatives across multiple venues. Additionally, the manager assists with select marketing campaigns, social media, and creative projects, requiring familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop. Flexibility is key in this position, as the manager must be able to work select nights, weekends, and during events to fulfill responsibilities effectively.

This position suits a candidate with at least three years of relevant experience in sponsorship sales, corporate partnerships, or related marketing fields. A strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, online advertising campaigns, and analytics is essential. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of graphic design principles and marketing copywriting
  • experience with creative design platforms such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop
  • Google Ads certification preferred
  • familiarity with SEO, digital marketing strategies, and online advertising campaigns
  • experience creating marketing materials, social media content, and promotional campaigns
  • knowledge of digital analytics and campaign performance tracking

Job Duties

  • Generate revenue through corporate sponsorships, integrated marketing partnerships, and venue advertising opportunities across the Arena, Convention Center, and The Landing
  • lead sales efforts for premium suites, loge seating, and hospitality experiences for concerts, sporting events, and special events
  • manage all marquee advertising sales including prospecting, account management, fulfillment coordination, and creative asset communication
  • prospect, secure, and maintain relationships with local, regional, and national businesses and premium seating clients through ongoing communication, hospitality, and client entertainment
  • develop customized sponsorship packages and presentations, integrated marketing concepts, and partnership opportunities
  • assist the Director of Marketing with select marketing initiatives including campaign support, creative development, social media concepts, media coordination, and promotional ideas as needed
  • coordinate and oversee sponsor and premium fulfillment including signage, digital assets, hospitality elements, event activations, promotional integration, and recap reports
  • collaborate with marketing, operations, ticketing, and leadership teams on venue initiatives and revenue-driving opportunities and assist with event-day responsibilities and partnership activations as needed
  • represent the venue at networking events, community events, trade shows, and venue events to identify and cultivate new business opportunities
