Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • authorization to work for any employer in the US required
  • previous experience in reception, hospitality or administrative role preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • willingness to participate in cross-training
  • ability to meet attendance requirements
  • ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally

Job Duties

  • Provide professional and friendly customer service
  • engage in verbal and written interaction with internal and external clients
  • manage hospitality services including conference room scheduling, setup and breakdown for meetings and events, arranging and moving tables and chairs, assist with catering orders
  • consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines and take direction from supervisor
  • participate in cross-training for various job functions
  • maintain all logs and reporting documentation with attention to detail
  • adhere to all safety procedures and perform other tasks as assigned
