IST Management is currently seeking a Corporate Office Receptionist/Hospitality Associate for its downtown Chicago team. This role is a dynamic blend of front desk reception and administrative support responsibilities, requiring professionalism and strong hospitality skills. The position involves being the face of the company in a corporate office setting, providing on-site front desk services such as greeting clients and visitors, managing communication, and offering support to the internal team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and exhibit confidence in interacting with a diverse range of clients and visitors. Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or administrative roles is considered a significant advantage.

This full-time role operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., offering a stable schedule with no nights or weekends. The hourly compensation ranges between $18.50 and $19.50, depending on experience. The Corporate Office Receptionist/Hospitality Associate will handle responsibilities such as managing conference rooms, coordinating meeting setups and breakdowns, assisting with catering arrangements, and maintaining all relevant logs and reporting documentation with a high level of attention to detail. Candidates should also be prepared to follow business procedures closely and adhere to all safety guidelines. Cross-training for other job functions is encouraged, supporting the company’s commitment to employee growth and flexibility.
