JPMorgan Chase is one of the oldest and most reputable financial institutions in the world, offering innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses, and many of the world’s leading corporate, institutional, and government clients under the J.P. Morgan and Chase brands. With a rich history spanning over 200 years, JPMorgan Chase has established itself as a leader in investment banking, consumer and small business banking, commercial banking, financial transaction processing, and asset management. The company prides itself on its diverse and talented global workforce, fostering an inclusive environment that values diversity and drives success. JPMorgan Chase is committed to providing competitive compensation packages and comprehensive benefits designed to meet the needs of its employees, encouraging both professional growth and work-life balance.
As a Client Center Meeting Coordinator at JPMorgan Chase, you will serve as the ambassador of excellence, embodying the organization’s commitment to outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service. This role goes beyond traditional front desk responsibilities; you will be the first point of contact for clients and employees, crafting positive and lasting impressions through attentive and personalized service. Your duties will encompass escorting clients to their meeting rooms, managing meeting room logistics, and providing support with meeting planning. Additionally, you will be instrumental in coordinating small events independently and supporting event planners in the execution of larger, high-profile events.
In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with various internal and external partners including catering, security, audio-visual, events, and facility teams to ensure seamless operations and service delivery. Your expertise in utilizing the Event Management System (EMS) will allow you to meticulously manage meeting logistics such as reservation details and room setups in alignment with client preferences and Banquet Event Orders. You will proactively anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries related to meetings and events, contributing to a smooth and pleasant experience for all visitors.
This role requires a high level of organizational skills, interpersonal communication, and multitasking ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility is paramount as you may be required to work early mornings or late evenings to support event schedules. Joining JPMorgan Chase as a Client Center Meeting Coordinator offers a unique opportunity to grow your career with a global leader while making meaningful contributions to client satisfaction and operational excellence.
