Job Description

PAH Management is a Dallas-based hotel ownership and management company operating a portfolio of select-service properties across multiple states under renowned Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt brands. With 11 properties spanning five states and approximately 330 associates, PAH Management is deeply committed to cultivating a culture that prioritizes its associates, aiming to become America’s preferred hotel management company. The company’s approach is rooted in service excellence, innovation, and operational efficiency, which is reflected in its comprehensive employee programs and the carefully nurtured guest experience. For individuals seeking growth in the hospitality industry, PAH represents a vibrant and supportive environment where commitment to people and professional development is paramount.

The Human Resources Generalist role at PAH Management is essential to supporting the full spectrum of HR operations within a dynamic, fast-moving, and people-focused corporate team. Reporting directly to the Corporate Director of Human Resources, this high-visibility position offers meaningful responsibility from day one, providing a blend of administrative and operational HR support across multiple states and hotel brands. The role demands a hands-on approach, requiring the ideal candidate to be highly organized, discreet, and service-oriented with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a complex multi-state and multi-brand environment.

This position includes coordinating full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for hourly and non-management roles, maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data, supporting benefits administration and compliance, assisting in employee relations matters, and handling training and communication initiatives associated with the hotels. Periodic travel to hotel properties is necessary to ensure consistent HR support across all locations, exposing the candidate to varied operational environments and associate engagement. The position is based in the Dallas corporate office, with an approximate 10 to 15 percent travel requirement to support hands-on involvement and direct relationship-building with property teams.

As the HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture by managing and continuously improving HR programs and processes that impact associate experience and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. This role also provides the opportunity to directly contribute to organizational success by supporting recruitment strategies, benefits orientation, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and training logistics.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field along with 2 to 4 years of progressively responsible HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry. A strong working knowledge of federal employment laws such as FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and Title VII is essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS platforms like ADP Workforce Now. Successful candidates will demonstrate discretion handling confidential information and exceptional organizational and communication skills to engage effectively with associates and management at all levels.

PAH Management offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and attractive employee incentive programs. Additionally, associates gain access to hotel stay perks, educational reimbursement, paid time off, and special training programs that foster long-term career development. Working at PAH provides a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality to grow professionally within a company that values people, innovation, and integrity.
