This role is pivotal as it involves the final preparations before guests arrive, ensuring each unit is spotless, well-organized, and fully stocked. The position is more than routine cleaning; it encompasses deep cleaning, staging, and quality control to uphold our reputation for excellence. Individuals in this role will have the opportunity to work independently with minimal supervision, allowing for autonomy and the chance to take pride in a job well done. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail, spotting even the smallest issues or areas for improvement. With a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and potential overtime, this position offers stable hours along with competitive hourly pay ranging from $15 to $18. The role involves physical activity such as lifting, bending, and climbing stairs, so stamina and fitness are essential. Job Requirements

  • Housekeeping experience, preferably in a residential setting
  • valid driver’s license
  • clean driving record
  • ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • ability to lift, bend, climb stairs and stay active throughout the day

Job Qualifications

  • Housekeeping experience, preferably in a residential setting
  • cleaning or hospitality experience
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Deep clean and sanitize fully furnished apartments
  • reset and stage units to look guest-ready and inviting
  • replace linens, towels, and restock essentials
  • spot and report maintenance issues or missing items
  • work efficiently to meet tight turnaround times
  • complete a thorough inspection, using an inspection app
