Roers Companies is a highly respected leader in the multifamily real estate industry, recognized as a 2025 USA Today Top Workplace. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Plymouth, Minnesota, Roers Companies has developed over $4 billion in real estate, encompassing more than 15,000 homes across notable regions including the Midwest, Mountain Southwest, and Sunbelt. The company specializes in multifamily real estate investment, development, construction, and property management, with a passionate mission to elevate the standard of multifamily housing by creating and managing both market-rate and affordable apartments. Roers Companies prides itself on fostering an environment driven by purpose-filled work, entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, and unlimited growth opportunity for its team members.

The Corporate Events Manager role at Roers Companies is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, creative, and strategically minded professional who is passionate about designing and delivering exceptional event experiences. This position is based in Plymouth, MN, and plays a critical role in orchestrating a wide array of internal and external events, including employee conferences, recognition events, milestone celebrations, leadership summits, property grand openings, and quarterly construction trade partner gatherings. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, highly organized, and collaborative individual who excels in anticipating participant needs and ensuring events run seamlessly.

This role involves extensive collaboration with the Corporate Marketing team, company executives, department leaders, and external partners. The Corporate Events Manager will be responsible for managing event logistics from conception through execution, ensuring that every aspect—from vendor selection and venue research to budget management and day-of coordination—is handled with precision. The position requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and confidence in public speaking for activities such as emceeing or making announcements during events.

Additional responsibilities include managing RSVP processes, tracking event deadlines through project management systems like Monday.com, maintaining inventory of event supplies, and continuously seeking feedback to improve future events. The role demands flexibility with some travel (10-20%) across the Twin Cities metro area and select cities nationwide, occasional evening availability to attend events, and reliable transportation.

Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $70,015 to $92,100 annually, with pay dependent on experience, skills, and knowledge. Roers Companies offers an extensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid family leave, employer-paid life and disability insurance, voluntary additional insurance options, a robust 401(k) plan, generous paid time off, wellness programs, employee discounts, referral bonuses, charitable matches, and professional development opportunities.

Joining Roers Companies means becoming part of a diverse, inclusive, and supportive community that values passion, teamwork, work ethic, integrity, and ownership mindset. The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to non-discrimination and actively participates in employment eligibility verification. Prospective candidates should be prepared to complete a criminal background check and motor vehicle report as part of the hiring process. This role is perfect for driven professionals looking to grow within a dynamic organization where their work directly contributes to creating thriving communities through exceptional event experiences.
