Job Description
NinjaOne is a leading technology company that specializes in providing unified IT operations platforms, serving approximately 40,000 customers across more than 140 countries worldwide. The company's innovative platform delivers a comprehensive suite of IT solutions including endpoint management, autonomous patching, backup, and remote access through a single, easy-to-use console. This technology improves operational efficiency, enhances resilience, and reduces IT-related expenses for organizations. NinjaOne prides itself on a customer-centric approach, achieving and maintaining an impressive 98 percent customer satisfaction rate for over five years. This dedication to excellence, combined with its continuous innovation, positions NinjaOne as a trusted partner to businesses looking to simplify and streamline their IT operations.
As a part of NinjaOne’s dynamic and collaborative team, the Corporate Events Manager will play a pivotal role in driving demand generation, enhancing brand awareness, fostering thought leadership, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout North America. This is a hybrid role based in Austin, TX, with the expectation to work on-site two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday). The successful candidate will take ownership of the entire events lifecycle—from researching and planning to executing and optimizing event programs that align with sales and business objectives.
The Corporate Events Manager will be responsible for managing 10 or more large-scale conference sponsorships annually, including all facets of event logistics such as scheduling, budget control, vendor management, swag coordination, and onsite team leadership. This role requires a hands-on approach, ensuring flawless execution from pre-conference preparations through to post-event follow-ups. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, product leadership, and external partners, the manager will ensure promotional activities are synchronized effectively to maximize event impact.
In addition to event execution, the Corporate Events Manager will oversee demand generation efforts by managing social media campaigns, email marketing, and sales cadences to increase awareness and engagement with NinjaOne’s target audiences. Strong data-driven decision-making is expected, with regular tracking and reporting on event performance, pipeline influence, and return on investment using tools like Salesforce and Tableau. This analytical approach will guide continuous improvements in event strategy and execution.
The role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. The manager must be adept at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every element—from lead generation to inventory control—is executed efficiently. Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana is essential to coordinate tasks and monitor progress effectively.
NinjaOne values individuals who embody the company’s core principles of curiosity, integrity, kindness, humility, and a builder’s mindset. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, outgoing professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams, leadership, internal stakeholders, and external vendors alike. Creativity, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented approach are key traits for success in this role, alongside a willingness to travel up to 30 percent of the time for event management across North America.
Working at NinjaOne means joining a community committed to flexibility with hybrid work arrangements, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) plans, unlimited paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement. The company fosters an inclusive environment that values diversity, ensuring all qualified candidates receive equal consideration regardless of background or identity.
