Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent recent events experience
- 4+ years of corporate events or corporate conferences experience with onsite hands-on run-of-show management
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in project management and event-related software such as Asana, Salesforce, Tableau, and SalesLoft
- experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product leadership
- ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of B2B SaaS marketing preferred
Job Duties
- own end-to-end program execution for large-scale conference sponsorships
- manage comprehensive event logistics including scheduling, strategic planning, swag coordination, and budget management
- coordinate onsite team and vendor oversight for flawless event execution
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage social media campaigns, email communications, and sales cadences for event promotion
- establish and nurture internal and external relationships to support event growth
- track and report on conference performance, pipeline impact, and ROI using Salesforce and Tableau
- manage multiple events and complex timetables utilizing project management tools like Asana
