Job Requirements
- 2+ years of direct corporate events or conferences experience with onsite event management
- bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of experience in demand generation or lead generation
- ability to manage 15+ events annually
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in Tableau, Asana, SalesLoft, and Salesforce
- ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds and standing or walking for up to 4 hours
- ability to travel up to 30 percent
- willingness to work in a hybrid environment in Austin, TX
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent recent event experience
- 2+ years of direct corporate events or conference experience with onsite event management expertise
- 1+ year of experience in demand generation or lead generation
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- collaborative and outgoing attitude
- proficiency with project management and marketing tools such as Tableau, Asana, SalesLoft, and Salesforce
- creative and forward-thinking mindset
- experience in B2B SaaS marketing preferred
Job Duties
- Own 10-15 corporate events and conferences including trade shows and regional events
- manage comprehensive event logistics including scheduling, planning, swag coordination, budget management, onsite team coordination, and vendor oversight
- conduct event research to identify relevant events and evaluate for alignment with business goals
- present researched recommendations to the marketing team
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage social media campaigns, email communications, and sales cadences for events
- establish and nurture relationships with vendor partners including warehouses, printers, and event hosts
- manage multiple events and complex timetables using project management tools like Asana
- track lead generation activities, inventory management, and event expenses
- handle swag inventory, shipments, and vendor management
- travel up to 30 percent as needed for events
