The Corporate Events Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and creative professional to join NinjaOne's rapidly expanding marketing team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Corporate Events, this position is central to enhancing NinjaOne's event strategies and scaling demand generation efforts in the competitive North American markets. Located in the heart of Austin, this hybrid position requires being in the office two days a week with the convenience of covered parking.

The role is dynamic and multifaceted, involving ownership of 10 to 15 corporate events and conferences annually, encompassing trade shows, regional events, and various corporate gatherings. The Corporate Events Coordinator will manage comprehensive event logistics, from scheduling and budget oversight to onsite coordination and vendor management. Emphasizing strategic planning and flawless execution, this role demands a hands-on approach and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with precision and professionalism.

A vital aspect of the role includes researching and vetting events that align with NinjaOne’s business objectives and target audiences, ensuring each event maximizes demand generation and customer engagement. The coordinator will present researched recommendations to marketing leadership and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to amplify event promotion through social media, email campaigns, and sales outreach. This requires strong communication skills, creativity, and an understanding of B2B SaaS marketing dynamics.

The Corporate Events Coordinator will build and maintain relationships with vendors, warehouses, printers, and event hosts to support ongoing growth and smooth event operations. Reporting structures include utilizing project management tools like Asana to drive organizational efficiency, track progress, and manage swag inventory and shipments. This role involves moderate physical activity, including handling materials up to 30 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods during events.

Candidates for this role should have at least two years of direct corporate events or conference experience, with hands-on event management skills, along with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience. Prior exposure to demand or lead generation is preferred. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment, is tech-savvy with experience using Tableau, SalesLoft, Salesforce, and related tools, and embraces NinjaOne’s core values: Curiosity, Integrity, Kindness, Humility, and the spirit of Builders.

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship but offers a vibrant, supportive workplace with a strong emphasis on inclusivity and diversity.
