The Corporate Event Manager acts as the strategic liaison between internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring that each event not only meets but surpasses business objectives and aligns perfectly with brand standards across multiple formats and audience sizes. With attendance figures ranging from small groups of 15 to large-scale events hosting up to 65,000 people, the role demands exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities. This full-time position revolves around leading all aspects of event planning, coordination, and execution. The Corporate Event Manager will oversee logistics, determine event strategies, resolve challenges with client-focused solutions, and coordinate with various internal departments including security, operations, and guest services. Additionally, this role requires managing vendor relationships, instructing contracted staff, preparing essential event documentation such as work orders and floor plans, and overseeing financials from contracting to final settlement. Job Requirements

  • Minimum BA/BS degree in business, hospitality, event planning or related field
  • 5 to 7 years of event management experience
  • Proven experience managing high volume events
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage concurrent events
  • Familiarity with event production and AV technical requirements
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar software
