Rich's aviation department is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced pilot to join their Part 91 flight operations team based in Buffalo, NY. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, flexibility, and reliability in fulfilling the company's air travel demands. The selected pilot will be responsible for a range of flight operations duties outlined in Rich Aviation's Flight Operations Manual (FOM), which emphasizes adherence to company policies and safety management systems. This position requires a proactive, self-motivated, and ethical professional who can work seamlessly in both independent and team environments. Candidates with experience flying Falcon 7X or Falcon 2000EX EASy aircraft are particularly encouraged to apply.

The pilot will conduct comprehensive pre-and post-flight inspections and duties, maintain currency and qualifications on assigned aircraft, and uphold required certifications. Additionally, the role demands strong communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively interact with passengers and company personnel while maintaining discretion and confidentiality. Flexibility to work varied schedules and willingness to travel internationally are crucial, as are basic computer skills and the ability to prioritize and organize tasks efficiently.
