Job Description
Rich Products Corporation, known as Rich's, is a distinguished family-owned food company that has been inspiring culinary possibilities across the globe. With a rich heritage rooted in innovation and quality, Rich's offers a broad portfolio that includes cakes, icings, pizzas, appetizers, and specialty toppings. These products serve diverse markets including homes, restaurants, and bakeries worldwide. Beyond merely supplying exceptional food products, Rich's is committed to providing its customers with valuable insights and creative solutions aimed at enhancing their competitiveness across various sectors such as foodservice, retail, in-store bakery, deli, and prepared foods. With over 13,500 associates spread across 100 global locations and generating annual sales of $5.9 billion, Rich's stands as a global leader centered on the values and possibilities that family brings.
Rich's aviation department is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced pilot to join their Part 91 flight operations team based in Buffalo, NY. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, flexibility, and reliability in fulfilling the company's air travel demands. The selected pilot will be responsible for a range of flight operations duties outlined in Rich Aviation's Flight Operations Manual (FOM), which emphasizes adherence to company policies and safety management systems. This position requires a proactive, self-motivated, and ethical professional who can work seamlessly in both independent and team environments. Candidates with experience flying Falcon 7X or Falcon 2000EX EASy aircraft are particularly encouraged to apply.
The pilot will conduct comprehensive pre-and post-flight inspections and duties, maintain currency and qualifications on assigned aircraft, and uphold required certifications. Additionally, the role demands strong communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively interact with passengers and company personnel while maintaining discretion and confidentiality. Flexibility to work varied schedules and willingness to travel internationally are crucial, as are basic computer skills and the ability to prioritize and organize tasks efficiently.
This opportunity offers competitive compensation ranging from $117,080 to $158,402 annually, reflecting Rich Products Corporation’s commitment to rewarding talent and experience. The company also fosters an inclusive work environment committed to equal employment opportunities free from discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, military status, or any other legally protected category. Rich's supports its employees holistically, providing benefits that encourage work-life balance including health and financial benefits, paid time off, parental leave, family planning support, and flexible work policies.
Joining Rich’s means becoming part of a larger family-oriented culture that values each associate’s whole self, encouraging professional growth and community involvement through resource groups, volunteering, and company events. This role is not only a job but a chance to contribute to a globally recognized leader in the food industry while embracing the spirit of infinite possibilities that Rich's stands for.
