Located at Market Station in Denver, Colorado, Stratton Amenities is currently seeking a polished and hospitality-driven Corporate Concierge to become the welcoming face of this premier office property. This full-time position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Significantly, there are no evening, weekend, or federal holiday shifts required, offering a balanced work-life schedule for the successful applicant.
The Corporate Concierge role is integral to the day-to-day operations of Market Station, with primary responsibilities centered around delivering exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, guests, and vendors. The ideal candidate will personify professionalism, dependability, and a service-oriented attitude, with a genuine passion for creating positive experiences. This position demands an individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor, ensuring all interactions at the lobby and concierge desk uphold the property's high standard.
In this role, the Corporate Concierge will be the main point of contact within the lobby area and will be responsible for managing general inquiries, facilitating service requests, and providing essential building information to tenants. Additional duties include managing visitor registration, coordinating with property management and vendors, assisting with conference room reservations, and supporting tenant engagement initiatives. The concierge must also maintain the lobby’s organization, cleanliness, and professional appearance at all times, contributing to a welcoming and efficient environment.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- additional coursework or training in hospitality or customer service preferred
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in concierge, hospitality, hotel, front desk, receptionist, customer service, or office administration roles preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- professional appearance and demeanor
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and basic computer systems
- ability to remain calm and professional while managing multiple priorities
- high level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check
Job Duties
- Welcome tenants, visitors, and guests with a professional and friendly demeanor
- serve as the primary point of contact at the lobby and concierge desk
- assist tenants with general inquiries, service requests, and building information
- manage visitor registration and access procedures
- coordinate with property management, vendors, security personnel, and building staff
- assist with conference room reservations and tenant amenity scheduling
- receive and distribute packages, deliveries, and other items in accordance with building procedures
- support tenant events, programs, and engagement initiatives
- monitor lobby activity and report unusual situations to management
- maintain accurate logs, records, and reports as required
- ensure the lobby and reception areas remain organized, clean, and professional at all times
