The Corporate Catering & Business Development Representative plays a pivotal role in AH2’s sales strategy, focusing on generating significant business-to-business catering revenue. The primary objective of this role is to drive catering sales by securing recurring corporate lunch accounts and producing monthly catering revenue ranging from $30,000 to $75,000. This position is ideal for a motivated, relationship-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. The representative will engage in daily prospecting activities including making 20 cold calls, conducting 10 in-person business visits, sending 5 follow-up emails, and performing 1 sample drop daily to prospective clients.

Weekly performance metrics include establishing 50 new business contacts, sending 5 catering quotes, and closing a minimum of 2 deals. The successful candidate will be adept at booking tastings, sending detailed proposals, and closing deals effectively and efficiently. Commission is paid solely on collected revenue, with an additional recurring account retention bonus awarded after six months of sustained client relationships. This role demands an aggressive networker who is a self-starter, comfortable with cold outreach, and motivated by commission-based earnings. Organizational skills, discipline, and a background in hospitality or food sales will significantly benefit applicants.
