The Customer Service Specialist role at QVC Group is an opportunity to work remotely supporting the Cornerstone brands — Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, and Garnet Hill. Specialists are responsible for handling high volumes of inbound customer calls, providing expert assistance in problem-solving, de-escalating complex situations, and promoting products to enhance sales. This full-time, 40-hour per week position includes a requirement to work weekend shifts, offering a competitive wage starting at $15.00 per hour plus any applicable shift differentials. Job Requirements
- must reside in Indiana
- provide a distraction free work from home environment
- have 12 or more months of service experience
- ability to work a full-time 40 hour schedule including weekends
- communicate effectively with diverse customer styles and internal teams
- navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
- meet company computer requirements and possess a compatible Microsoft PC
- troubleshoot technical problems independently with IT support if necessary
